Levi's is looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our SAP S/4 HANA implementation team. In this role, you will focus on the rollout of the Master Data Management (MDM) template for data standardization, data enablement, data maintenance activities, and SAP workflow design. You will be responsible for the development, confirmation, implementation and continuous improvement of the data requirements and the data management processes for your respective domain. You will report to the Business Data Architect.
Responsibilities include ensuring correct design, system configuration, workflow design, and alignment of all data objects and data elements; promoting the adoption and ongoing improvement of data standards, data objects , codes and values of data elements; leading local implementation and adoption of data maintenance processes and organizational structure, organizational structure and data conversion activities; the loading of key data objects and mapping templates; driving continuous improvement of the MDM solutions; providing oversight for data conversion specifications development; the integration of data standards definitions; and the application of consistent configuration of master data objects across various process areas.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute cleansing activities in respective domain
- Responsible for scheduling validation sessions and helping to lead other validators in activities
- Set up master data for testing purposes under the direction of the respective data domain lead
- Manage defects that are not related to design with input from respective data domain lead
- Continuously monitor data quality using a combination of reports provided and drive cleansing activities as appropriate
- Define business processes and provide input to system configuration decisions
- Develop business process documentation (process flows, business process procedures, etc.)
- Assist in the development of training materials (identification, documentation, validation, etc.)
- Identify test scenarios and develop test scripts
- Test system(s) configuration, development objects, and user-authorizations
- Provide first line of support during implementation stabilization period
- Drive globally aligned MDM processes/systems that support achievement of business objectives
- Act as a champion of the solution within the business
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in data migration, data maintenance, and data governance
- Experience with prior SAP system implementations
- Knowledgeable on business process modelling/mapping in the data management/maintenance area
- Capable of documenting business and functional requirements for current/future state processes
- Experienced in drafting user acceptance testing scenarios
- Adept at cleansing and maintaining large data sets
