Job Description This newly created role will lead the EHS+S Business Insights and Analytics team of individuals responsible for building and deploying tools for the Global EHS+S department to support daily operations and drive program improvements enabling us to meet our FY goals and objectives. This role will create and establish enabling system related to Business Insights and Analytics to support the EHS+S organization worldwide (scope: 100 EHS+S professionals worldwide) that includes numerous regulatory reports, ESG goals, external sustainability reporting, and Company required reporting. This position will collaborate with the GSC COE and their BI team to deliver best in class service to our partners and ensure accurate reporting of all data within the system's ecosystem and verify data accuracy as required by the Company's strategy. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the set up and management of the EHS+S Business Insights and Analytics team Lead team of EHS+S Reporting and Data Visualization experts Serve as the main Business Insights & Analytics point of contact for the EHS+S and partner with Supply Chain Business Insights & Analytics Leads across the Company EHS+S Reporting Develops systems to report all EHS compliance, leading indicator and sustainability metrics across the Company. Oversees workstream that performs regulatory required classification and IT systems/tables including SAP necessary to enable the proper classification of ELC raw materials, mass, and finished goods Support the corporate EHS auditing program with management of the reporting system Integrate legacy EHS+S systems with new global ELC systems Data Visualization Build a variety of views and dashboards to analyze and predict EHS+S scenarios Leverage data visualization tools to run scenarios and determine optimum business decisions, risks and opportunities in partnership with the EHS+S Team Manage and interpret the global collection of all data for all compliance and sustainability activities from the company. Manage data collection, views and dashboards for safety programs including but not limited to BBS, leading and lagging indicators Assist auditing, LMS & ISO program with management of the collection tool and regular reporting cadence of compliance status Oversee workstream and team responsible for hazard communication and transportation classifications. Leads the reporting of data to enable the interpretation of results and updating of EHS+S KPIs SUSTAINABILITY AND EHS REPORTING Ensures reporting of all ESG information to GCCS and other B/R/F to ensure corporate reporting is executed on-time. Work with internal partners across all B/R/F to collect the information. Work with external partners for external verification of data to meet ELC's ESG goals. Ensure accurate reporting for all EHS compliance reporting to various regulatory authorities (local, state, regional, federal. Ensure verification of data sets is completed per requirements needed by the GCCS team and external reporting needs. DIGITATION Transition EHS+S data from current systems to new global reporting systems. allowing local and global EHS&S teams to focus on higher value activities (accident reduction, energy conservation, compliance activities, etc.) Automate reports, analytics, data management, reporting (predictive and historic) and training systems (LMS) either leveraging external technology 3rd parties (ESG Software) or existing internal platform (ex. Cr360). Define and lead EHS+S Business Insights and Analytics strategy by determining business needs, issues and scenarios from EHS+S SVP, Pillar Leads, and Functional and Brand Leadership Educate the EHS+S on service offerings, and build Business Insights & Analytics capability across the function Partner closely with IT to identify, acquire and maintain data sets data, allowing data to be pulled together in a new way across the entire corporation Build collaborative partnerships and insights culture within EHS+S including, but not limited to EHS+S Pillar Leads, GCCS, BI Platform leads within ELC, Supply Chain COE Leadership Q

Profile

Qualifications/Requirements Master's Degree preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field Minimum 10 years of related experience in an Operations Consulting or Data Science role related to statistical forecasting and advanced data analytics "Working Leader;" must be able to lead work while delivering business insights and analytics across various stakeholders Proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights Entrepreneurial spirit and inquisitive Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven ability to build collaborative partnerships Effective influencing and listening skills, as well as flexibility, a strong work ethic and strategic thinking are valued assets Service orientation and results focused Can handle a heavy workload with competing priorities Knowledge of, and hands-on experience with statistical modeling packages preferred Familiar with environmental, health, safety & sustainability data
