Job description

What you will work on:
The Marketplace Operations Process Manager at Nike is a strategic role responsible for influencing and building the E2E order management business process! In support of Nike strategies and sustainable and productive business practices. In partnership with global and geography stakeholders across the Nike matrix, this role is accountable for understanding and presenting the end-to-end Marketplace Operations (MPO) process to our business partners. You will drive and improve processes to serve the marketplace through the identification of critical gaps and provide use cases that influence the development of solutions. You will represent MPO across internal partners within a matrix environment, sharing scenarios and risks/opportunities from the MPO end user's perspective.
Key partners include product management and technology teams to collaborate and drive the design of an efficient and aligned technical solution based on the business requirements and priorities you help define with the end user in mind.
As a candidate, you have the following strengths:

- Proactively and creatively solves problems and seeks ways to improve processes
- Drives effective decision making across the supply chain in a matrix environment
- Ability to balance supporting unexpected supply chain dynamics while driving strategic priorities

Profile

Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 years' experience associates with business process, business analyst, or supply chain functions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other related subject area
- Shown process and operational experience, including Supply Chain, Retail, Logistics, Project Management, or Process Improvement with complex responsibility
- Experience in highly multi-functional global business environment with the ability to successfully communicate and influence at various levels within a matrixed structure, including strong storytelling skills
- Innovative mentality and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement
- Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- Change agent/change management mentality
- SAFe, Agile or Scrum, lean six sigma experience highly desirable.
- Experience with process documentation tools such as Aris or Visio.
- Digital literacy: MS office, sophisticated Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau
