Job description

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Full account management that influences & delivers gross & retail sales results
- Developing strong working partnerships with account merchants and planners to influence stock and prime exposures
- Analyzing retail sales on a weekly basis to make recommendations for opportunities
- Managing retailer PO's between retailers and customer service to ensure timely shipments
- Clear communicating weekly of important & relevant information to the field teams to help them deliver results
- Partnering with cross functional teams to bring new programs to market on time and in line with business objectives
- Initiating cross-functional meetings for all new brand launches
- Stock management & weekly analysis for inventory opportunities
- Stock negotiation with retail partners to ensure Coty receives it's fair share
- Core Business, Promotional and New Initiative forecasting
- Promotional, Sampling and gift with purchase allocation forecasting and maximization
BUSINESS SALES MANAGER, LUXURY CHANNEL

We're looking for Business Sales Manager in the Luxury Sell In channel to support our Tier 1 luxury accounts. In this role, you will be the face of Coty to the retailer and have full account management responsibilities to grow and achieve the target sales plans and forge strong relationships with our retailers. Reporting to the Business Sales Director, you will get to work with many cross functional teams and drive the go-to-market strategy to win.

Profile

We'd love to see candidates who have:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- 3+ years of Sell In experience in the Beauty / Luxury industry
- Education, 4-year undergraduate Degree, or equivalent.
- High level excel skills including formula writing (VLookup, pivot tables, WOS & turn)
- Strong Power Point skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation skills with upper management / retailers
- Self-starter who takes a proactive approach with a high sense of urgency to ensure all deliverables are met and can go beyond and have a drive it attitude
