Job description

What you will work on
As a Business Success Manager, In-Season Optimization (ISO) you will partner with DSM, Technology, and Analytics Product Management to craft and develop product implementation, adoption, and sustainable measurement plans to achieve strategic objectives within our ISO products. Our vision is to create game-changing technical products that will drive better inventory allocation decisions, and will allow Nike to serve consumers more responsively where and when they want Nike product!
Demonstrating experience in digital product implementation, lean business processes, and end-user management, you will drive the successful implementation, scale and adoption of technology solutions for planners to inform and drive optimal decisions!
As a key member of the Product Management team you are a phenomenal collaborator and adept at engaging cross-functional teams to solve complex situations with successful outcomes. You capture customer insights to inform innovative product solution ad process design, prioritizing reducing friction for our biggest customer problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Roll-out & Adoption: Define roll-out and adoption plans, tracking and measurement for all DSM solutions. Proactively identify adoption challenges and develop remediation plans to improve adoption of new solutions and processes.
- Business Process Mapping & Improvement: Improve In-Season allocation processes, through creative design, development, and implementation of best-in-class processes. Be responsible for building and maintaining business process documentation.
- Business Metric Measurement: Craft metrics that support solution objectives, monitor and track performance and value.
- End-User Engagement and Adoption: Work with Product Managers and Business SMEs to implement, test, and drive adoption. Champion change agent networks among users.
- Product Development: Provide customer insights and assist in identifying business requirements validation, gaps, constraints.
Who you will work with
You will work both within the Nike Demand Supply Management function, and across the broader organization, working closely with In-Season Optimization, Commercial Analytics, Technology, and both Global and Geography teams to deliver solutions that solve critical business problems as Nike accelerates its Consumer Direct strategies.


What you bring to Nike:
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated ability in customer success, management consulting, or retail (preferably in sourcing, manufacturing and/or planning). Knowledge of retail planning/inventory allocation is preferred
- Strong data analytic skills and experience working with data scientists, analytics, and/or machine learning. Ability to perform robust analysis, and draw conclusions to provide context to the business
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and/or analytical business solutions; train users on how to use the solution and convey the resulting improvements on business efficiencies, profitability and accuracy
- Outstanding written/oral, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with clear, concise, and persuasive communication style that can be tailored to all levels of the organization and compels partners to action
- Strong collaboration skills with multi-functional teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to present work to business partners
- Knowledge of demand planning, inventory, allocating and global retail operations processes are a plus
- BA/BS degree required
