Job description

The Buying Analyst is a passionate and analytical individual who is interesting in learning a variety of International markets. You will have global exposure working with multiple regional buying teams and gain knowledge of the North America, Europe, and APAC retail markets. The ideal candidate has a passion for product and data as well as a curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Buying & Allocation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Run and compile weekly and monthly global reporting
- Identify overarching product highlights and opportunities
- Utilize regional and ad-hoc reporting to provide quarterly hindsight analysis
- Attend weekly regional sales meetings
- Assist with rolling up and maintaining global buys during and post market
- Provide support to regional buying teams as needed

Skills and Abilities Required
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and comfortable partnering with many different teams
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Detailed oriented and highly organized
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems

Profile

- Bachelor's degree with up to 1 year experience in Buying, Planning, or Finance
- Retail experience is a plus
