Job description

Leading Accessories Brand is looking for an engaging and intuitive Client Experience Manager to join their team! This is an exciting full-time opportunity perfect for an individual who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service to all clients of the brand.

Profile

In this role, you will oversee customer relations for all After Sales clients. This will include speaking to customers over the phone about active/future orders, ensuring all orders are completed in an efficient and effective manner, consistently striving for efficiency in all order fulfillment, and managing the After Sales team to success.
 
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relations within an ecommerce and/or fashion capacity
  • Exceptional customer service and management skills
  • Ability to effectively delegate and problem-solve
  • Strong phone presence
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency
  • Hardworking, organized, and articulate demeanor
