Job description

The goal of the Luxury Consignment Office Client Manager is to organize communication and strategies with Sales and Expert teams, in an effort to increase productivity and supply. This position will report to the Business Manager, Luxury Consignment Offices, coordinating efforts across multiple Luxury Consignment Offices. The Client Manager should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be learned in analyzing data, both empirical and anecdotal, to create innovative means of accomplishing goals and overcoming obstacles that hinder growth.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA and will report to the Head of Expert Operations.
- Work with Business Manager to outline communication strategies by channel and ensure resources are efficiently utilized to support achieving monthly supply targets
- Accountable for the penetration of consignor supply for the Fine Jewelry and Watch category, for respective region
- Accountable for executing a regional satellite events strategy to support and achieve your office's high value consignment goals
- Accountable for ensuring respective office meets all Pricing Service SLAs for Sales Teams and consignors
- Work with leadership to rollout campaigns and collateral to maximize the effectiveness of current strategies
- Understand, report, and communicate on Key Performance Indicators critical to the success of respective office and relevant stakeholders
- Partner closely with regional Sales Teams to identify areas for optimization, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth

Profile

- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- 2-5 years experience working in the luxury space in a business facing role
- 2-5 years experience working under budgets to create plans that hit required goals
- Cross-departmental project coordination and planning experience is encouraged
- Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines
- Learns quickly, experiments, enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
- Spends time efficiently on what is important and will drive the business
- Can effectively cope in a fast paced environment with rapid change, while making educated decisions without having the total picture
- Uses facts and logic to solve problems
- Is capable of working with a variety of people in multiple settings and styles, and can get messages across that have the desired effect
