Job description

A&F seeks a talented individual to assume a key role within our Legal function. This person would assist the Legal and Compliance functions in implementing and documenting A&F's enhanced corporate compliance program. The Compliance Coordinator job function lies within the Compliance team, which reports through the General Counsel and which works cross functionally with Legal, Procurement, Asset Protection, Finance, Internal Audit and other risk and control functions. This position is based at the Global Home Office.
What will you be doing?
- Assist with management of Compliance systems and processes, including those related to our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) system, Hotline (EthicsPoint), and Training systems (LRM, etc.)
- Enhance tracking and monitoring of Compliance processes through development of system reports, dashboards, and trend analysis
- Support system enhancement projects by working with Compliance leads, Subject Matter Experts and Application Administrators
- Support the TPRM process by assisting with assessments, risk area management, and documentation
- Support the Hotline management process by assisting with report routing and tracking, case documentation, and stat development
- Support the Training process by assisting with class setup, course content, and completion tracking
- Provide support to all internal and external parties as needed, including by responding to system and process questions from the business


- 4-year degree
- 1-3 years of analytical or systems work experience preferred; risk management and retail experience a plus
- Excellent project coordination capabilities, including the demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive projects to conclusion
- Highly organized and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality results
- Articulate, with good communication skills
- Team player
- Self-motivated - focused on process improvement and job efficiency
- Energetic, positive outlook
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
