Job description

Title: Confidential Retail Brand Marketing Manager

Location: NYC

RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Spearhead the brand experience by owning the retail & wholesale customer journey, including all visual creatives & signage, in close collaboration with the creative team, visual merchandising, wholesale and retail team

- Support the development and implementation of integrated brand marketing campaigns, product collaborations, and new product launches across our owned retail channels

- Identify national and regional opportunities that build brand equity and drive brand awareness through strategic retail activations, wholesale marketing events, and other local partnerships (malls, hotels, brands, etc.)

- Manage seasonal brand marketing assets to be used across retail marketing channels, wholesale marketing channels

- Partner with priority wholesale accounts to identify additional digital media & marketing opportunities inclusive of display, email, search and paid social to build brand equity.

- Lead bi-weekly calls with the retail team to understand retail needs and ensure communication and implementation of brand campaigns or new product launches are on track

- Partner with the PR & events manager on new store opening events to create local buzz across our community of VICs, Media, Influencers, and other partners

- Collaborate globally, cross-functionally, and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key partners

- Partner closely with social media team to capture and distribute local content across appropriate channels

- Lead retail &wholesale recaps with measurable KPIs set for each activation and event

- Manage and track marketing retail and wholesale budgets

REQUIREMENTS

- 3-6 years of retail and/or wholesale marketing experience

- Impeccable attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communications skills

- Ability to multi-task, adapt, and pivot in an incredibly fast-moving environment

- Willingness to get into the weeds and be involved in not only strategy but end-to-end execution
