Job description

Nike Global Consumer Direct Stores Marketing is looking for a Consumer Direct Services Marketing Manager to develop and help execute a global "online to offline" marketing strategy for the portfolio of services offered in retail. This includes everything from virtual shopping appointments to in store fitting and product customization sessions. As part of Nike Consumer Direct Marketing, your mission will be to direct services around the world through outstanding marketing initiatives spanning a broad channel mix including, but not limited to social, targeted communications, digital marketing, performance marketing, cross app promotion, in-store and earned media opportunities.
You will obsess over performance and help drive creative solutions to encourage our members to keep coming back and to deliver business results. You want to be a part of this team because you are motivated to transform how Nike markets its retail services, are passionate about IRL experiences and believe in the power of sport. You aren't afraid to think creatively and are willing to take on an ambitious problem in support of the consumer and our business.
This role will lead all aspects of the development and execution of service marketing playbooks and toolkits defining how we inspire consumers and drive them to book and interact with our services. Specific focus will be placed on ways to drive traffic, repeat visits, engage members and post visit follow-ups. The ideal candidate will help build compelling extensions of brand campaigns that lead more people to visit retail and engage with the broader Nike ecosystem. This role requires deep cross functional collaboration throughout the organization as well as robust partnership with our geographies.
Key deliverables include consumer journey strategy, creative briefs, and test/measurement plans. You're a demonstrated marketer who is creative, collaborative, and eager to help push the thinking to reinvent how we market and connect with consumers.

§ Minimum of 4+ years of relevant digital and / or retail marketing experience, preferably in consumer products
§ MBA strongly preferred but not required in lieu of other relevant experience
§ Energy, enthusiasm, a team first attitude and a passion for sport!
§ Humility, a hunger for growth and a drive to deliver world class work
§ A strong mix of both creative and analytical thinking to help lead Nike retail marketing to new heights
§ Experience working with marketing analytics and how to derive meaningful insights and
§ Ability to construct thoughtful A/B tests IRL and lead their execution across different marketplaces
§ Keen understanding of the retail and digital landscape, user experience and our digital platforms
§ An understanding of services marketing
§ Comfort with ambiguity and how to lead in the face of uncertainty
§ 4+ years of directly relevant digital marketing experience for an e-commerce company, preferably in retail
§ Experience with marketing analytics and how to gain measurable insights
§ Deep understanding of digital and retail marketing standard methodology
§ Excellent oral and communication skills required a well as the ability to give compelling presentations to senior leaders
§ Experience of working cross-functionally in a matrix organization
§ Adaptability to drive a culture of "always-on testing and learning," including the rapid application of consumer signals into strategy, planning, and content iteration
§ Champion and implement results-oriented, decision-making processes with strong focus on marketing performance analytics & optimization
§ Ability to understand challenges or underlying opportunities, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management
§ Ability to adapt quickly to move at the pace of consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as needed
