WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for our next Director of our Digital Creative Operations & Production function within our Global Digital Content & Design team.
This role leads all aspects of planning and creative initiatives from development through successful implementation, reviews, designs, and executes on improvements to processes, and finds skills & resource gaps and helps address them. The Director of Creative Operations will be the glue who is proactive in uniting our cross-functional teams in order to build aligned plans.
The candidate needs to be creatively minded, highly strategic, ambitious, data driven and oriented toward accuracy.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this role sounds like you, you'll be leading the Operations & Production function of our team and working closely with your partner functions on the team (Copy, Content & Design) as well as cross functional partners including our Digital Experience, Marketing and Geography teams.
In this role you will assist the team leader in our annual operating planning, ensure our team is hitting all dates and gates for our go-to-market processes and manage our team's budget. You and your team produce photo shoots and manage the content creation, run and operate the in-house photo studio, lead operations for any agency relationships, keep all of our files organized and accessible, help manage our team staff and resources, and implement our design and copy sprint processes.
On any given week you might be working on an operating and budget strategy, uniting cross-functional teams together to create a plan for optimizing current processes, communicating to fellow team leaders on upcoming milestones we need to meet, creating a workback schedule with an agency partner and coaching your operations team members.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In the role of Director, Global Creative Operations you will report to the Senior Creative Director, Global Digital Content & Design. You will manage two direct reports, both Senior Managers of Creative Operations with a team size of 7+ consisting of full-time and contract based Operations Managers. The Global Digital Content & Design team reports up through our Digital Experience & Product team which is part of the Global Marketplace function.

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Design or related field or combination of relevant education, experience and training.
- 9+ years' experience in creative teams for large retail e-commerce or key digital agency experience
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Excellent emotional intelligence
- Very versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading critical initiatives
- Experience with budget management
- Shown success in a project coordination role
- Business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and the online space with a solid knowledge of digital commerce, performance marketing (email, paid social and other media), A/B testing, UX, photo shoot and content production
