Converse is looking for an experienced Web Analytics Professional with expertise in Site / E-Commerce Analytics, Adobe Analytics, A/B Testing, Adobe Test & Target, Digital Marketing Channels, Attribution, Digital Campaign Management & Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Knowledge of SQL a plus. We want someone who can be a player/mentor in our Consumer Direct Sciences (CDS) function, collaborating with our global partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Converse is looking for a Senior Global Digital Analytics Manager. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of data driven solutions to improve web analytics insights, marketing performance and understanding the consumer. This role will solve business issues through data, creativity and human-insights. Hands-on experience with enterprise web analytics suites, such as Adobe or Google Analytics, and the corresponding tools and skills for further data analysis, testing accurate measurement will be at the core of your role. You will contribute to cultivating and growing the analytics teams and build/form relationship with various key partners.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Work with our multi-functional team members across geographies and be the thought partner in supporting prioritized initiatives
- Recommend practical insights by diving deeper into website and/or marketing data (site optimization, customer journey, audience identification, segmentation)
- Authority in website and performance marketing critical metrics. Perform regular analysis that identifies practical insights and revenue opportunities
- Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
- Ensure accurate website reporting and tagging for Converse North America and Western Europe platforms
- Develop and perform quality checks on data for both ad hoc and ongoing processes. Monitor and maintain these automated processes
- Manage and/or mentor analysts
- Participate in talent recruiting and retention efforts
- Contribute to developing and refining analytics team‘s vision and annual objectives
- Be a collaborative partner to our internal stakeholders including business and technology partners
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be reporting into the Senior Director of Consumer Direct Sciences (CDS) and will have the opportunity to lead / mentor one or two digital analysts in the Consumer Direct Sciences (CDS) team. You will partner / collaborate with Directors and Managers in product and GEO teams managing stakeholder relationships, understanding business requirements, deriving solutions and working with your team to deliver insights to drive business impact. You will also partner very closely with our data engineering team on web analytics and Martech stack, digital data quality and governance.

Profile
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or analytical field such as engineering, economics, digital marketing or Business or related field or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- MBA preferred
- 8 years of proven track record in web analytics, digital marketing and mar-tech platforms leveraging data and insights to drive recommendations
- Expertise with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools (variables, events, segments, dimensions, custom queries, etc.), and tag management tools (e.g. GTM, DTM, etc.)
- Understanding of how to use digital media, performance marketing and emerging channels such as paid search (Google ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram ads), email, affiliates etc. to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience with CDP, DMP and Media Mix Optimization a plus
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
*Remote Work Option - Open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $131,000 to $285,000. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
