Job description

This role is responsible for maintaining Darphin brand site in partnership with NA Assistant, E-commerce and Director, as well as Darphin retail.com accounts in partnership with key global and NA stakeholders. This person is responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of site content, refreshes and on-site merchandising as well as email execution. Responsible for supporting the team with email performance analysis, QA efforts, new product launch set up, email marketing and email briefs.
Responsibilities:
Marketing/Merchandising Support- Retail.com Accounts Sites
- Request all seasonal product images, copy and data from Marketing and Creative as needed and ensure that product information and assets are distributed to appropriate partners on a timely basis
- Traffic assets as necessary to retail partners, including images, copy, and marketing assets
- Conduct testing and QA processes on new pages, applications, e-mails, and in partnership with Assistant, E-commerce, offer codes and product launches Marketing/Merchandising Support- Brand Sites
- Responsible for launches within the product database, such as addition of new products and continually assisting Assistant, Ecommerce with changing existing information (e.g. discontinued products, price changes, etc.); ensure that changes align between US and Canada retailers as well as both brand sites
- Partner with director to develop email calendar and strategy, and align merchandising strategy with Assistant, Ecommerce in regards to site refreshes for evergreen, seasonal and special programs; partner with global counterparts and email agency to optimize email experience and drive consumer engagement
- Work closely with key cross functional teams to plan and prioritize project tasks and manages the 3rd party agencies/developers for site maintenance/production. This role will work very closely with the following teams: ELC Online production, Creative, Copy, and Customer Service. Partner with Global Site Producers for project completion.
- Ensure opportunities to localize experience for Canadian consumers are considered and implemented; partner with Canada online team to align on local trends and opportunities to maximize exposure and cater to region's needs Performance + Retention Marketing (brand.com)
- Implement email programs and maintain consumer database via partnerships with email vendors
- Own process for coding emails, testing emails in partnership with Director and ensuring that emails are accurate and deployed timely. Ensure that products featured in emails are in stock and that links and pricing within email are correct and localized for each region
- Brief and work with freelance designers, CCH and/or global creative teams to create email campaigns and retailer.com assets (and social assets for retailers, where needed) in partnership with Darphin Ecommerce Assistant
- Maintain brand email calendar and vendor calendar
- Maintain excellent relationships with vendors to build strong partnerships Customer Experience
- Daily QA of US and Canada Site on desktop and mobile
- Regularly audit brand.coms and retailer.coms to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate email programming with site content in partnership with Assistant, Ecommerce Reporting/Analysis
- Perform analysis on product selling to aid in merchandising strategy for brand.com and retailers where possible
- Weekly reporting on retailer.com performance and programming
- Monthly reporting on email performance

Profile

- 2+ years related experience
- Understanding of/interest in digital marketing, along with aptitude for learning quickly and taking on new challenges
- Highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task. Team player and collaborative mindset.
- Embraces both big picture objectives and follows-through on details
- Ability to manage timeline and to manage internal project resources
- Understanding of internal online tools including Google Analytics, a plus
- Excellent at scheduling with a talent for project management, timely delivery of tasks.
- Positive, committed attitude
- Web usability, User Experience, QA testing, and Microsoft Office
