Coordinator, Retailer eCommerce – Too Faced Cosmetics



This position will support the Manager, Retailer eCommerce in the day-to-day operations of driving online sales and initiatives for Too Faced across sites. The Coordinator, Retailer eCommerce will be responsible for maintaining calendars, tracking deadlines, and coordinating various logistics of projects. This role will liaise with cross-functional teams such as Retail Marketing and Creative to ensure timely delivery of needs for product launches, promotions, and other digital programs. The Coordinator, Retailer eCommerce will work under the direction of the Manager, Retailer eCommerce to also help with various administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain activity calendars and sales/business trackersCoordinate logistics in preparation of launches and other special programsMaintain a system for tracking retailer deadlines and project statuses, following up with cross-functional teams as necessaryLiaise with Retail Marketing to ensure timely submission of web assets to retailersAssist in preparing weekly reporting Attend regular calls with each retailer and take notes Assist in conducting final user testing and quality assurance processes on all new pages, mobile applications, e-mails, etc. and flag issues to Manager as necessary Routinely check product pages to monitor ratings and reviews, as well as out-of-stock inventoryHelp capture screenshots of branded features such as Too Faced exposure within retailer e-mails Help organize Retailer eCommerce folders and files within the company shared driveWrite and submit creative project briefs as neededOccasional resizing and renaming of digital asset files for delivery to retailersHelp compile information for presentations Other misc. administrative support as needed 


  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Beauty/retailer, online marketing, or ecommerce experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of omni-channel retail business and ecommerce best practices
  • Experience with retailers in specialty/multi space e.g. Sephora/ULTA a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Team player; no task is too big or too small mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases and various multimedia technologies)
  • Understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and business writing skills
