The Coordinator, Project Management, is responsible for a broad range of tasks supporting all aspects the US Store Design & Visual Merchandising teams. The role creates seamless communication, and flawless project management across multiple brands, to ensure a smooth running and efficient team.
Provide assistance and support to the team across multiple areas including but not limited to analytics, budget, presentation development, project management, tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Coordinate multiple brands (Shiseido, Hermes, Dolce & Gabbana, Narcisco Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Ferragamo, Cle De Peau, Serge Lutens) across multiple retail partners (Macys, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdales, Sephora, Ulta, etc.)
SUPPORT THE VICE PRESIDENT
Calendar: Own department calendar.
Project Management: Ensure projects execute flawlessly.
Budget: Create and track multi brand CapEx and OpEx budgets
Communication: Ensure all business partners are informed of project status and deadlines
Liase with US Store Design, US Visual Merchandising, Sales & Marketing teams and Procurement
Attend all key meetings regarding product updates and strategic planning.
Coordinate communication with vendors, marketing and sales to ensure accurate information is shared.
Track annual budget and ensure budget targets are met.
Partner with display vendors and procurement to systematically identify opportunities for cost savings in the fabrication of display units and updates.
Coordinate setup for sales conference & strategy meetings.
Regular store visits to monitor execution and elevate key markets.
Min 2 years' experience in Project Management. Ideal candidate should have relevant experience in prestige beauty and/or fashion.
