Job description

The Estée Lauder Companies are the global leader in prestige beauty - delighting consumers with transformative products and experiences, inspiring them to express their individual beauty. ELC Travel Retail Americas is seeking a Corporate Account Executive to join the team. The Corporate Account Executive will support the Corporate Account Manager (CAM) in doing sell-in of all brands for one or several retailers. Business Activities:
- Ensure complete account management of retailers
- Build and review trade marketing action plan Relationships:
- Guarantee collaboration with the Corporate Account Manager
- Provide customer service to achieve/exceed objectives Administrative, Analytics, Reporting:
- Support CAM in administrative elements of their jobs
- Review daily sales and reports to analyze performance to CAMs and RBDs (including OOS)
- Build reports to analyze performance of CAM retailers (including monthly estimates, P&L performance, pricing)
- Build assortments with marketing teams
- Build Newness forecast and accuracy follow up
- Support CAM with managing stock replenishment and orders to ensure optimal stock coverage with the identified retailers (including current and future orders, open-to-buy, inventory and replenishment)

Profile

Minimum Education level: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 3 % Travel Time: 10% Required Language Proficiency: English (Spanish preferred for locations where that is main language) Additional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.): Skills & Performance:
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Knowledge of business/commercial/IT/financial acumen
- Understanding and experience in retail sales and commercial management (including productive B2B relationships)
- If candidate internal must meet performance requirement (not be in a PIP)
- Must have been in current role a minimum of 1 year
- Must not have applied to more than 2 positions in a fiscal year
- A passion for prestige skin care/cosmetics (desirable) Competencies:
- Strategic, analytical mindset and quantitative skills with data-driven orientation and understanding of applied digital metrics and creative thinking about testing methodologies
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude and ability to always bring ideas to the table.
- Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.
