Job description

Business Activities -Lead sell-in activities across all Travel Retail AM brands -Regular retailer meetings to ensure adequate sales service and correct execution of the agreed actions -Drive acceleration plan (LRP) -Manage assortments per door, per brand. Makes suggestions to rationalize, if needed. Collaborate with ASOM's for each brand to get feedback by door. Communicate seasonal assortments updates to retailers and ensure updates have been implemented -Manage all new doors projects and submit PRF to necessary departments -Present to retailers upcoming season newness calendar to include 5-star launches, TREX and strategy for the season -Negotiate promotional calendar across ELC portfolio. Communicate to all necessary parties. Relationships -Guarantee close collaboration with the Area Sales and Operations Manager during the estimate process as well as ongoing performance review by brand/cluster -Ensure alignment to brand net sales targets of the retailer account(s) -Collaborate with the RBDs to drive the sales acceleration plan -Provide high touch customer service to achieve/exceed objectives Analytics, Reporting -Responsible for monthly estimate and (LE) latest estimate review in close collaboration with Regional Brand Directors -In collaboration with the respective Regional Marketing Managers, manage Newness presentations, promotional and assortment -Monitor and analyze performance: review all P&Ls and recommend appropriate action to respective RBD/s including the correct pricing strategy -Proactively manage stock replenishment and orders to ensure optimal stock coverage with the identified retailer(s). -Analyze and monitor retail to net reconciliation, align with Buyer/Planner on future orders, open-to-buy and replenishment. -Manage inventory targets and ensure WOS are achieved. Skills & Performance -Proficient business/commercial/financial acumen and experience -Understanding and experience in retail sales and commercial management -Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel. Proficiency in advanced excel functions, as pivot tables & V lookup. -P&L monitoring (good understanding of P&L) -Sales management expertise in the Travel Retail sector -Cross country expertise ideally within Americas -Track record of establishing and maintaining productive B2B relationships -Leadership through multi-brand and direct or indirect team management (desirable) -A passion for prestige skin care/cosmetics (desirable) Competencies -Strategic, analytical mindset and quantitative skills with data-driven orientation and understanding of applied digital metrics and creative thinking about testing methodologies -Balance between working independently and collaboratively -Self-motivated and positive, but also aligns and engages in the team vision -Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and navigate multiple teams -Communication and presentation skills (listening, sharing information, PowerPoint and Excel and digital/social media plans with clarity) -Manage cultural differences with emotional intelligence -A positive, flexible, hands-on and committed approach -Detail oriented -Positive attitude and ability to always bring ideas to the table. -Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines. -Strives for excellence through a pro-active execution focused approach and optimize campaigns to deliver results -Ability to define processes -Action oriented
