Job description

Corporate Strategy Manager - Transformation
The Corporate Strategy Manager - Transformation Office works directly with key stakeholders from multiple groups across the organization such as Finance, Pricing, Stores Operations, Asset Protection, Supply Chain, and E-commerce. S(he) will be responsible for project management of strategic and transformational initiatives across the company and for ensuring alignment of project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives in the form of measurable business realizations.
This role is critical in the execution of all transformation initiatives across the organization. S(he) will partner with many leaders and personnel and thus must have a balance of persistence and drive coupled with strong partnering skills.
- Be a champion of MS Project, Power BI, and project management discipline
- Coordination of all sub-team efforts
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously
- Lead and conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather business requirements (process deep dives, data needs, reporting and visualization etc.) to document and understand business processes, and develop solutions
- Communications, including deck writing
- Maintains communications with both clients and the executive team, keeping them informed about the project status
- Provides leadership, direction, and support to project team members throughout all phases of the project life cycle
- Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and/or escalates project challenges in a timely manner
- Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations using technology and systems


- Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Possess a high level of professionalism and have excellent follow-through skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation communication skills, both orally and in writing
- People Manager
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative
- Must be a self-starter, adaptable to new concepts, and exhibit a strong initiative
- Ability to effectively lead and interact in a team environment with a variety of different departments, levels, and organizations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making under pressure
- Must possess a strong business acumen and high level of confidence
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Power BI
- Two (2) years prior experience working with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Power BI)
