The CRM analyst will be responsible for supporting multi-channel campaigns, partnering with digital and retail marketing teams on email, direct mail, social, search, and in-store activations, through strategy, execution, and reporting. The analyst will optimize customer selection by leveraging the CDP and other audience-selection tools and developing customer segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. The analyst will also own and manage the clienteling process and function as the day-to-day point of contact for external CRM partners.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience leveraging Marketing Activation tools to drive action. The candidate should also have the ability to distill information, communicate clearly, and ensure that behavioral analytics and insights are embedded in decision making.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer Intelligence, this role will partner cross-functionally with the digital and retail marketing teams.

Job description

- Collaborate with digital and retail marketing teams to execute and measure multi-channel strategies (email, social, display, POS, in-store)
- Deliver regular campaign reporting across all marketing channels to optimize customer selection
- Execute email/direct mail/digital segmentation and targeting strategy, reporting, and optimization
- Manage and test programs through customer segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, tiered promotional offers, triggered campaigns
- Own full clienteling process - from data-driven customer selection to measurement and optimization
- Function as the day-to-day point of contact for external marketing and insights partners
This is a newly created role following a significant investment in new technology to accelerate the capabilities of the Consumer Intelligence team and drive growth through data and customer-driven campaign optimization.


- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of CRM experience in a retail organization
- Prior experience with CRM, CDP, and/or Marketing Activation tools
- Strong Excel and presentation-building skills
- Highly analytical thinker with ability to distill information and communicate clearly
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce & IT
- SQL (or Python, R, etc.) knowledge a plus
