Job description
BUILDS STRATEGIC AND INNOVATIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
- Builds CRM campaigns in varies tools, including Adobe Campaign, Coherent Path, SAS, Bigquery and ESP (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Develops, coordinates and executes test and control scenarios to ensure successful deployment and measurement of campaigns
- Manages communication with strategic partners, creative production, execution and measurement teams
- Partners closely with Information Technology and CRM targeting team to ensure data requirements for campaigns are met
- Automates recurring campaigns using campaign tool, SAS and ESP
- Leads QA on highly visible campaigns
- Develops and executes customer-centric omni-channel campaigns
- Serves as campaign manager subject matter expert by gaining a deep understanding of our current operational processes, data structure and customer behavior
- Uses SAS and Big Query to combine, transfer, QA and manipulate data
- Ensures customer-to-offer assignment is processed according to strategic guidance and business rules.
- Leads troubleshooting efforts around issues and defects that may arise
- Performs additional ad-hoc analysis

QUALIFICATIONS
Profile
REQUIRED
PREFERRED
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 2+ years previous Campaign Management experience
- Knowledge of campaign tools (IBM (Unica) Campaign, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
- Knowledge of ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital campaigns including email, mobile app and SMS
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Ability to manage major projects within a fast paced environment while maintaining core operations
PREFERRED
- Experience with SAS and Big Query
- Experience with mass personalization of marketing communications
- Strong knowledge of CRM data management best practices
