The Inventory Planner is responsible for continuously improving the supply and inventory planning processes by facilitating the dialog with key counterparts in Demand Planning, Merchandising, Account planning, factory planning, Capacity, D&L and Customer Service teams. The position will support the long-term strategic business needs of an industry leading Demand Management Team. This function is highly analytical and tactical in nature and requires a strategic ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people.

Salary Range: $56,000 - $71,000
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- At least 2 years of experience in supply & inventory planning activities or other applicable supply chain knowledge related to inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and shown experience of working with people and processes in a fast-growing business.
- Shown ability to articulate business requirements and formulate concise solutions to sophisticated problems.
- Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, basic database understanding and ERP systems understanding.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Validation of purchase requirements as input to the monthly supply and buy placement cycles.
- Monitoring and execution of the supply plans. The role will identify & resolve product shortages and supply lateness, while bringing to bear critical issues appropriately.
- Handle supply to best optimize between customer service, sales, marketing, factory partners to deliver business results.
- Optimization of all planning parameters.
- Optimization and transfers of inventory to best meet business demands.
