Reports to: Customer Insights & Analytics Manager
Overall Job Function : We are looking for a professional with very strong data analytics
experience to join our Customer Insights and Analytics team. In this role, you
will support with redefining how H&M works with data and analytics to
ensure we are driving the best customer strategies. You will be responsible for
having a data-driven approach and analytical voice that supports strategic
business decisions for our Marketing, E-Commerce and Merchandising teams,
elevating our customer strategy.

Job description

Job Responsibility
including but not limited to:
Translate complex sets of customer, sales, and marketing data
into meaningful insights, deliver business recommendations and address specific
business questions to support key functions, such as:

Profile

mmerce.
Review and analyze customer and sales data, provide
internal/external research and benchmarking, and provide insights and
recommendations to key business functions within the organization.
Develop and build Customer Segmentation, Forecasting, CLV,
and Forecasting/Predictive models.
Provide data extraction and analysis support for ad-hoc
requests from business partners
Use a hypothesis driven approach to analyze data
in order to answer key business questions; provide clear and concise
deliverables and recommendations
Maintain functional expertise in database analytics best
practices and the tools that support them.
Identifying opportunities to streamline analytics processes
and reporting efficiencies, working to enhance H&M's customer data by
providing data requirements that would enable more complete, efficient
analysis.
