Title: Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations for team

- Act as the liaison point for customers and any issues

- Address and handle escalated issues

- Provide accurate,valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Track and measure with reporting tools the customer care metrics

Requirements:

- 4+ years of proven corporate customer support experience with management experience

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to create and maintain processes and procedures
