BROZ Inc. is a warehouse distribution center for several personal luxury brands. We receive, sort, store, package, and ship B2B and B2C.Currently, BROZ has an immediate need for a Demand Planner. The Demand Planner is a key role within the organization's supply chain team. The Demand Planner is involved in demand forecasting on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis. Primary responsibilities include consolidation of forecasting and information received from the Sales & Marketing teams to create a solid supply chain plan to report to our manufacturing facility. Additional responsibilities consist of ensuring accurate and timely inventory deliveries to distribution centers and forecast trends to ensure accurate inventory management and stock levels. Other Essential Job Functions entail:
- Lead and oversee Planning teams in North and South America
- Monitor, balance, and maintain product and spare parts inventory, investigate discrepancies, and request urgent replenishments as needed
- Create and distribute B2C/B2B inventory reports for the Customer Care, Retailers, and .COM teams regarding order matters and variances
- Coordinate and manage reworking requests and discrepancies
- Optimize reporting and analytics for multiple reports which include (but are not limited to): Quantitative/Qualitative Report; stock coverage analysis; RPLs adjustments; and RPL Shipping Cost Control Report
- Manage and summarize Weekly Planning Matrix for US and 3PLs, working with respective distribution centers to request short-term replenishments as needed, and in a timely manner
- Coordinate and attend bi-weekly Sales meetings and monthly meetings with South America 3PLs
- Collaborate and assist .COM and Drupal team to confirm, report and update any OOS inventory or reworking needs
- Proactively communicate critical information to Operations teams for necessary advanced preparations
- Collaborates cross-functionally with multiple teams to prepare and plan for upcoming product launches, outstanding POs, Holiday Sets, special events, etc.
- Assist Sales Team with inventory reports and reserves for B2C/B2B accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar preferred
- 3-5+ years procurement experience
- Advanced analytical skills
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude
- Above intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Intermediate proficiency with Google Suite applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbally and in writing to all level of personnel
- Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays and overtime as workload demands Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge
