Job description
The Digital Business Operations Team at Bath & Body Works is responsible for ensuring operational excellence by enabling cross-functional teams to be expeditious, nimble, and collaborative. The team's areas of focus include: leading process evolution, facilitating cross-functional delivery workstreams, management of the digital Master Calendar, championing change management, and product management of the digital workflow tool operations.

The Analyst will work to support the creation and implementation of strategic plans that maximize business processes, provide efficiencies, and improve associates' day-to-day work. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to problem-solve, anticipate needs, and balance competing priorities while simultaneously maintaining accuracy and quality of work. Facilitating communication between cross-functional groups is critical, as well as a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Facilitates key cross-functional meetings, including agenda creation, preparation of executive summaries, and capturing and tracking follow-ups
- Maintains master, seasonal, and program-specific calendars to drive organizational awareness and alignment
- Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams and serves as a subject matter expert for process
- Supports creation of new operational processes to drive productivity and efficiencies
- Creates supporting documentation such as job aids, to educate existing associates and onboard new hires
- Succinctly communicates changes, updates, and new solutions to impacted stakeholders
- Assists in coordination of change management planning, rollout and monitoring for success
Profile
- Must be highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail, and proven ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular focus on interpersonal communication
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Strong problem solving skills and analytic capabilities
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, work well independently and within a team environment
- Highly motivated with strong desire to succeed
Experience
- 3+ years of business operations or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working on an operations team or designing and delivering business processes
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- eCommerce and/or retail experience preferred
