Job description

Ideal candidate will combine operational expertise in social/digital marketing, mobile app and site development in order to direct and execute key strategic priorities related to building platforms and marketing tools to engage with Aveda Professionals globally. Key areas of Responsibility are to lead development and day to day project management of Digital transformation team projects and platforms, launch plans, maintenance, reporting and analytics. Candidate will work with Omnichannel director to input on strategy and drive digital innovation. Key Roles & Responsibilities: The Digital Project Manager will provide differentiated services for Project Management and Platform Management. Project Management: - Manage the execution and implementation of all projects for the assigned platforms - Lead weekly project meetings with cross functional stakeholders across online, engineers, producers, creative, education, marketing, sales, and consumer engagement - Recap all actions and notes from weekly meetings and manage Basecamp accounts related to all Projects - Develop, manage and publish timelines based upon established process for all projects to drive on-time delivery. - Ensure seamless execution and on-time site launches and refreshes within budget perimeters - Effectively communicate project strategies, statuses, and key decisions within project teams, stakeholder committees, and larger organization including Senior Management. Platform Management: - Lead RFP process and agency selection for new platforms and define and document project scope, timelines, and business requirements based on strategy and objectives - Lead agency contact and relationship builder for all agencies related to platforms listed above - Defines the role agencies should play in our go-to-market strategy - Manages digital agency relationships, including day-to-day production, campaign budgets and schedules Budget: -Manage the annual platform and project management budget -Review monthly and track expenses to ensure budgets are met Analytics and Reporting: - Responsible for developing and issuing monthly dashboards and reporting to key stakeholders for each site outlined above - Provide recommendations for programs and content development needs based on top performing content and KPI's Q

Profile

This is digital manager role focused on excellence in execution. Experience in the follow areas is a requirement: Strong Digital Project Management Skills, Proficiency with Microsoft® , Jira ,Confluence and Basecamp Mobile site development, operational CRM experience, Demonstrated communication and collaboration Experience in the follow areas is a plus: Strong understanding of beauty space, Luxury Industry experience, knowledge of API's, Drupal, SEO, basic keyword search, e-commerce, strong analytical skills
