Title of Job: Digital Sales & Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

The Digital Sales & Business Development manager is an integral part of the e-commerce team supporting the development and expansion of the wholesale e-commerce business.

This role is responsible for developing and driving the strategic digital vision with existing key wholesale partners as well as developing the business with key strategic partners.

Digital Sales

-Responsible for the seasonal sales strategy and account management of key e-commerce pure play partners, including assortment planning, financial projections, product fulfilment, and sellout reporting

-Presentation of key product strategies to accounts during market

-Main point of contact for accounts and responsible for day-to-day management of all requirements

-Advise on the sales strategy and development with omni-channel wholesale account’s digital strategies to drive growth within the e-commerce channel

-Partner with key accounts to develop demand driving strategies to drive seasonal growth objectives

-Ensure brand presentation is optimized across account sites

-Guide in-season marketing tactics to support demand generation

-Management of e-commerce associate with day-to-day execution and long term development planning

Business Development

-Drive the expansion of the digital wholesale business through the identification and on-boarding of key strategic partners

-On-going evaluation of the digital business within North America to ensure brand presentation is optimized

-Evaluate opportunities for expansion of key merchandising strategies to drive growth

-Develop digital first business best practices for the wholesale organization

-Work with Corporate to define global marketplace opportunities for our brands

Requirements:

-7+ years digital e-commerce apparel sales and account management experience

-Deep understanding of the digital e-commerce business in North America

-Experience working with multi-branded wholesale e-commerce accounts including pure plays (Amazon, Zappos, etc.) and omni-channel accounts with strong e-commerce business (Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, etc.)

-Strong retail math and digital analysis skills

-Experience with Canada and Mexico beneficial

-Retail systems including: ERPs, WMSs, Order Management systems (SAP Preferred)

-Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

-Familiarity with customer service platforms and other retail operations systems a plus
