Savage X Fenty is looking for a Director, Brand Marketing.

How do you fit in?

The Director, Brand Marketing part of a dynamic, diverse, fast-paced team where you will interact with cross-functional partners to ensure that timelines are met and brand standards are continuously elevated. You'll be responsible for working cross-functionally to lead brand and campaign strategy and planning and drive programs forward, overseeing timelines and execution, and instrumenting measurement to ensure programs are successful. You are a highly collaborative leader that is a master at navigating ambiguity and problem solving. This role will require understanding the needs of our teams, communities, prospective consumers, partners, creatives, and the industry at-large.

This position is located in Los Angeles and will report to the VP Brand & Communications.


  • In this role, you'll work closely with diverse marketing and business partners to craft and execute strategies that elevate our brand awareness and drive growth.
  • You'll be responsible for working cross-functionally to lead brand and campaign planning and drive all brand initiatives forward, overseeing timelines and execution, and instrumenting measurement to ensure campaigns are successful. This includes overseeing the development of promotional creatives including site and email assets with copywriters and graphic design team while ensuring attention to detail in editing and proofreading.
  • You will be a key contributor to building, growing, and elevating the Savage X Fenty brand.
  • You will partner with cross-functional leads to develop an integrated brand marketing plan to tell key stories and celebrate key moments all while keeping the consumer and community in mind.
  • In this role, you will develop strategic go-to-market documents, briefs, comms plans and campaign calendars and partner with the Omni Marketing team to build the marketing calendar (2+ months out) that all teams will operate to or leverage across Site, Acquisition, CRM, retail and Social.
  • You will develop overarching messaging to support brand and growth team goals.
  • In this role, you will manage all brand campaigns end-to-end, leveraging internal and external resources as needed.
  • You will partner with creative agencies capable of working at top speed to develop best-in-class creative, leveraging traditional and emerging channels, and measuring impact with a high degree of analytical rigor.
  • You will partner with our Data Analytics team to develop a measurement framework that prove impact against key KPIs.
  • You will present campaign strategies and results to leadership and our partner at regular junctures.
  • This role will manage a team of two direct reports.
Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of related marketing experience
  • Proven track record of excellence in fast-moving marketing division/company
  • Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, muti-task and switch tasks fluidly
  • Proven ability to plan and organize major marketing programs
  • Well versed in online media: email, web, social
  • Strong communication skills; external, internal collaboration and negotiation
  • Strong computer/technical skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Well organized with attention to detail and ability to follow-through
  • High comfort level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must

The annual base salary range for this position is from $125,600 to $196,00. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
