Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess incoming high potential, transversal business development projects to pursue, including new disruptive models, joint business plans for key accounts, strategic commercial go-to-market opportunities, multi-brand initiatives
Oversee key business development opportunities (end-to-end): build initial business plans (upside and investments), develop detailed workplans and drive execution (main focus) of the highest priority centrally-led projects
Business Intelligence (35%)
Assess incoming high potential, transversal business development projects to pursue, including new disruptive models, joint business plans for key accounts, strategic commercial go-to-market opportunities, multi-brand initiatives
- Analyze key market information, share out resulting insights and make data accessible to the TRWW community
- Oversee the annual market reporting process (end-to-end), including producing the capstone annual report on the state of the TR market; generate periodic post-Covid recovery and air passenger trends reports

Profile
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred
- 8+ years of related experience, at least 2 years in strategy consulting (preferred)
- Project management experienced (preferred)
- Excellent analytical foundation, used to working in imperfect data environments; strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Passion for moving from concept to implementation: unafraid to 'dig into the details' (operationalization)
- Self-starter: able to prioritize own activities and work across multiple projects in parallel
- Resourceful: able to drive to solutions and identify alternative paths forward to overcome "roadblocks"
