Job description

This Business Process Lead is responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing NPL Transformation across Brands. They will work closely with the program lead, project manager, cross-functional teams, external consultants, and other workstreams to develop and document deliverables, business requirements, and program timing for technology solutions to support the transformation. The Business Process Lead will support the technology team in development and testing and will also translate, simplify and communicate requirements. Additionally, the Business Process Lead will monitor risks and successes and report to the Program Lead. Primary duties include working with cross-functional partners to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions to support an efficient process, as well as implement, educate and support the Brands on their NPL journey. They will monitor the Brands compliance and support a continuous improvement model.
- Gain Cross-functional alignment to NPL process changes and digital landscape to enable
- Publish Enterprise wide Communications
- Analytical ability to identify gaps in existing processes and define future state process to support performance improvements.
- Identify Risk identification and resolution plan to mitigate
- Identify and propose Technology enhancements and implementation plan
- Maintain Innovation Reporting capability
- Collaborate across the Runway pillar 1. Analyze and Design:
- Work with Program Lead and Technology team to develop and document requirements for new digital landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, cross-initiative project teams, and external consultants to ensure integration and identify interdependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Manage cross-functional team to support Technology team in development and testing of new technology systems
- Drive/Lead Design Workshop for additional business categories within Program Runway NPL Transformation
- Translate, simplify and communicate requirements to cross-functional partners
- Document, Implement and Educate
- Document process education and procedural documentation for new business categories
- Maintain process documentation for business categories utilizing new process/framework
- Socialize process changes across functions and support Program Lead in socialization with leadership
- Influence and drive change to support process adoption within the organization with the support of a change leadership network
- Support Program Lead in developing communications to support implementation
- Deliver training to change leadership network to support train the trainer network
- Provide coaching to business functions on policies, processes, and procedures
- Maintain educational documentation 3. Monitor and Report:
- Conduct meetings with Runway operationalization teams to monitor progress
- Gather and prioritize new requirements and updates to existing processes and technology
- Escalate project issues and risks to the Program Lead and Project Manager
- Review NPL process educational documentation for content integrity on a regular cadence
- Manage the progress and completion of all enhancements, evaluating and reporting status to Runway Senior Leadership
- Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager
- Analyze and document opportunities for improvements

- Well versed in executing a portfolio of launch programs and leading multiple cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail while keeping strategic end goal in mind
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to develop solutions to support corporate goals
- Process oriented
- Experience working with internal and external teams
- Ability to self-manage under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at various levels
