Job description

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced operations strategist with strong experience leading teams, an analytical mindset, and an aptitude for problem solving to drive investment optimization, efficiencies and collaboration across all content-related platforms and systems. Candidates should have the ability to work within creative as well as with cross-functional teams. In addition, they should be clear, efficient, thoughtful communicators who relish the opportunity to drive real strategic evolution by joining forces with different departments to reach singular goals. Candidates should be fluent in the demanding needs of an evolving media and have a history of implementing and maintaining systems and processes that assist in communication, work flow and efficiencies.


- 7 years of media, creative agency or media consulting experience, 2-5 years of those in an operations, financial or management role. Experience managing creative teams, budgets and work flow
- Operations/strategy experience in the media industry with knowledge of the editorial process
- Experience coordinating across departments-editorial, revenue, business development, and legal
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time
- Demonstrated ability with cross-organizational planning, maintaining schedules, and achieving deliverables on deadlines
- Facility with operational systems creation, implementation, training, and management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
