Job description

OBJECTIVES: This position will be responsible for managing all creative executions developed by the MAC North America Creative team, including 360 campaigns, social media, ecommerce, and special events from inception to completion. They will serve as the liaison between the internal creative team and key business partners, providing communication to all stakeholders regarding status, timelines and budgets. They will partner with all teams to strategically troubleshoot any roadblocks or issues and come up with creative solutions. ACCOUNTABILITIES -Track development of all MAC North America Creative projects, including: 360 campaigns, social media, emails, ecommerce assets, events, print, VM, and special initiatives from inception through production and delivery. -Thoroughly review incoming briefs and gather all pertinent information for project requests to develop strategy and timelines for creative execution -Coordinate and oversee each phase of the internal and external approval process, including: copy, translations, layouts, proofing, and final deliveries. -Monitor progress of projects through the creative and production process by constant, clear communication and coordination with the creative team. -Work hand-in-hand with the creative team to develop projects and anticipate the launch and maintenance requirements of the program as outlined in content calendars. -Develop strategies for situations where processes do not exist; identify out-of-date processes and work with the internal team and brand partners to develop new ones. -Inform all parties on timeline or budget issues and provide recommendations and solutions to address. -Continuously maintain/update asset status reports. -Keep an accurate archive of all assets produced and delivered.

Profile

-7+ years of experience in creative operations / creative project management either from within an agency or brand environment -Deep understanding of best practice creative processes within a creative agency or brand -Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally experience conducting internal change management/process improvement sessions -Ability to take ownership of projects and follow through -Excellent knowledge of 360 campaign execution formats including print, digital, visual merchandising, events, etc. -Excellent knowledge of digital formats for ecommerce, online ads, social, etc. -Experience implementing process changes and setting strategic goals -Experience interfacing and building relationships with multiple stakeholders and functions across a large organization -Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and priorities at all times -Proactive, problem solver with a can-do approach -Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
