Director, Creative Operations, Creative Content Hub North America

Job description

OBJECTIVES:
Member of newly formed North America Creative Content Hub. Position will be responsible for tracking all assets developed by the Creative team, including photography, social media, ecommerce, and special event support from inception to completion, providing communication to all departments involved regarding quality, timelines and budgets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Track development of all Creative Content Hub assets, including: photography, videos, image crops, copy, banners, emails, social media, event, ecommerce site, and special assets from inception through production and delivery.
-Thoroughly review and gather all pertinent information for asset requests to develop strategy and schedules for creative execution.
-Coordinate and oversee each phase of the internal and external approval process, including: copy, translations, layouts, proofing, formats and final art.
-Monitor progress of projects through the creative and production process by constant, clear communication and coordination with the creative team.
-Work hand-in-hand with the creative team to develop assets and anticipate the launch and maintenance requirements of the program as outlined in content calendars.
-Manage the production of photography assets: working with the brand contacts to gather correct product, working with Creative Design to provide photography briefs, and tracking all images for appropriate delivery of crops/formats.
-Develop strategies for situations where processes do not exist; identify out-of-date processes and work with the above departments to develop new ones.
-Inform all parties on timeline or budget issues and provide plans to address.
-Continuously maintain/update asset status reports.
-Keep an accurate archive of all assets produced and delivered.

Profile

-Position requires 7 years of experience in creative operations management either from within an agency or brand environment
-Deep understanding of best practice creative process within a creative agency or brand-Emphasis in digital ideation/content creation and emerging platforms.
-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally experience conducting internal change management/process improvement sessions
-Experience implementing process changes and setting strategic goals
-Proficient with handling multiple stakeholders and functions across a large organization
-Excellent organization and communication skills
-Self-motivated ownership of projects and follow through.
-Excellent knowledge of digital formats, both static and animated, for ecommerce, ads, live stream, etc.
-Bachelors' Degree Preferred
