Job description

The Director, Digital Consumer Experience & Education will bring a "digital first" mindset to evolve the way in which Bobbi Brown educates and inspires both Makeup Artists and the consumer. This role will lead the creation of unique and innovative education programs and consumer experiences both online and offline.
Consumer Experience
-Ideate and create programs to support the overall omni service experience and give Makeup Artists the skillset to drive conversion and loyalty across all platforms and channels
-Partner with Social and Regional teams to develop programs and support tools to enhance artists' social presence, optimize content and increase engagement. Includes content creation, interacting with clients, and promoting key products
-Develop and contribute to 360 activation plans to articulate brand and product storytelling, product innovation, artistry and client service
-Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with global, regional and market Artistry, Consumer Engagement, Product Development and Marketing teams and other key business partners
Artistry Advancement
-Bring artistry to the forefront on all brand initiatives
-Partner with cross-functional teams to make social content creation prompts and video scripts for Always on Artistry programs for influencers as well as internal makeup artists
-Partner with Artistry team to write compelling "how tos" and tips & tricks
-Assist in developing and facilitating master classes for internal and external make-up artists globally
Education Development
-Research the latest digital/learning trends, collaborate with Consumer Insights, and tap into new channels and opportunities to develop innovative content
-Develop education programming, taking into account local market and channel specific needs; ensure programs and formats are consumer oriented, results-driven and support brand initiatives
-Develop education programs and tools to support launch and hero products for varied methods of delivery including in-store trainings, instructor led trainings, virtual instructor led trainings, e-learning/online, and peer to peer
-Update and simplify Orientation programs, Makeup Artist Workshops, and Certification to drive hero product business and increase artistry and O2O service proficiencies
-Partner with Marketing, Product Development and Legal to ensure learning content aligns with brand objectives and strategies
-8+ years relevant work experience, luxury or beauty preferred
-Proven ability to design, develop and create multi-media educational materials ensuring sales goals are met
-Ease and eagerness in learning and implementing new technology, with proficiency in LMS, InDesign, video editing, and Microsoft Office programs preferred
-Experience developing training programs for hybrid learning models, including in-person instructor led, and virtual instructor led
-Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
-Excellent communication, public speaking, selling, and teaching skills
-Superior artistry skills and social media content creation a plus
-Omni-channel acumen - ability to drive demand across channels: Direct to Consumer, Online, Specialty-Multi Channel
-Global mindset - balances tradeoffs between global consistency and regional nuance
-Ability to travel 20% of time within US and internationally post pandemic
