Job description

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Working with key stakeholders to define and implement Digital improvement strategies, projects and tests.
- Lead a team for all expertise needs
- Keeping the business true on what needs to be true on where we overachieve/ overperform with investments
- Supporting the conversion team on true e-Comm basics to get right, stockholding Global and local teams to encourage commitment
- Accountable for KPIS and agencies used to measure e-Commerce fundamentals ( eStore tool) and reporting
- Delivering a Governance model with gap analysis on perfect store and holding all accountable to course correct to fix by deadlines
- Identifying key means to build relationships with existing customers and encourage/drive repeat purchase as part of DTC CRM strategy
e-Commerce Director, CoE
Consumer Beauty and Luxury, New York

We are recruiting for an e-Commerce Director for our CoE who will lead the new expertise team, underpinning the U.S e-Commerce team, integral to the U.S digital transformation for both retailer.com and our DTC site. Built on the full e-Commerce funnel to ensure the channel continues to grow triple digit, leading region for Coty. The team contains a team of 7 across Traffic, Conversion and Retention (Analytics, media, content, user journey, performance media and loyalty)

Profile

We'd love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- Experience in e-Commerce fundamentals
- Experience leading large teams within a highly matrix function
- Experience in data mining and analytics, creating fact-based stories to deliver actions
- Working closely with Corporate Brand and Marketing teams to align internal and external messaging and ensuring consistency Desirable:
- At least 10 years E-Commerce experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Desired Behaviors of agility, collaboration and bias for action.
