-Work with VP to create 360 PR programs, that align the with the brand vision. Cascade to regions and markets and at internal meetings.
-Manage the global planning grid for new launches and cascade updates to regions/markets weekly.
-Work with VP to evolve global digital influencer strategy and help manage consistent communications efforts globally. Have understanding of data and analytics tools to assess Influencer effectiveness.
-Manage re-posting editorial and social media on owned channels.
-Liaise with international regions/markets to obtain detailed planning calendars and recaps for local execution of PR programs. Report results back to global, region and affiliates on a monthly basis.
-Accumulate global press clips and work with PR Coordinator to produce monthly reports.
-Liaise with PR Managers from affiliates and respond to daily requests/questions from global markets, including queries on PR programs, information requests and spokesperson interviews.
-Execute one status call with each region each month. Organize regular touch bases with the markets and provide updates to VP weekly.
-Work with Director of Global Events to organize Global Events, Regional Events, PR Manager Meetings, Brand Conferences.
-Assist with organization and planning of international VIP visits to New York.
-Work with VP to develop talent and capabilities around the world and help the local PR teams reach their highest level of contribution.
-Help manage internal and external presenters as well as media training for key executives around the world.
-10+ years PR/communications experience in agency or in-house.
-Understanding of digital communications and social media imperative.
-Must possess excellent written and communications skills.
-Must have strong organizational + visual skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail.
-Must have innate passion and understanding of the fashion and beauty industry and trends, as well as knowledge of pop culture.
-Must have international experience and an appreciation for other cultures.
