Qualifications
- 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a design related field required
- Conceptual thinker, strong sensibility for shape and 3D visualization. Being able to ideate, develop, present and execute projects from start to finish in highest quality
- Highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, on budget and can adapt changing priorities and creative approach
- Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes, finishes and materials
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), 3D CAD/ Modelling and rendering experience in MAC environment. Proficient in SolidWorks, Rhino and/or other 3D modeling program
- Strong knowledge of competitive landscape and design/fashion trends
- Ensure to always have "finger on the pulse"
- High level of curiosity
- Challenges standard practices, and applies new and different ways of thinking to generate new ideas/opportunities
- Demonstrates flexibility
