Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary focus of this position is to partner with the ED and VP of Digital Creative and Social Design in the creative development, implementation of all digital concepts and activations related to our 360 campaigns. This position will closely partner with cross-functional M

- C global creative, photography, store, social, online, marketing & editorial teams to deliver compelling 360 programs and developing a holistic consumer journey across multiple platforms.
In addition, the Director will support the global team in creating global guidelines for our regional creative talent and agency partners.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- In partnership with cross-functional partners, develop 360 campaigns for new product launches and evergreen programs from digital first ideas to support all social channels, brand.com, retailer.com, T-mall, and in-store digital experiences
- Constantly strive for better, more innovative solutions across media channels
- Proactively track trends in culture, design, user experience, and social media
- Use leadership skills to drive the conversation on digital first concept and design
- Have ownership of deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to craft and detail
- Ability to handle more than one assignment at a time across brands, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Collaborate successfully with all cross functional teams
- Present and justify creative approach with team members as well as senior management
- Leverage a digital and mobile-first customer mindset through design, awareness of competitive landscape, trends and emerging technologies
- Maintain visual and conceptual consistency across multi-channel brand strategy for collections and brand initiatives
- Develop key global digital creative toolkits and training documents for our global and regional creative partners
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and new creative applications

Profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- BA or BFA preferred
- 8 years minimum of direct Design experience
- Knowledge of computer programs including, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, HTML
- Studio AR, VR/MR, 3D, Video, Sound Design, Figma, Sketch knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
- Superior organizational skills
- Understanding of current fashion trends
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
