Job description

Overall: Craft and lead strategic direction for Flagship Salon in partnership with ED, Business Development. Implement strategic direction through a detailed business plan to drive salon business and drive digital transformation. Create and ensure all aspects of the salon operations consistently provide a high touch and inclusive experience for all clients. Work closely with cross functional partners towards overall brand strategy including Education, Consumer Engagement, Marketing, and Product Development. Leadership and Development of all Flagship Talent Daily business KPIs and daily development goals of all salon staff Quarterly reviews, cascading of development plans to teams, HR reviews Implement and track a tiering system of all stylists Attract new talent pipeline in collaboration with HR Lead Salon Client Engagement Manager and partner on creation of ways to increase sales of services and acquire new clients Coach and develop Associate Salon Manager and Salon Client Engagement Manager in all areas of management with a strong focus on driving exceptional client experience and retail business, assuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction, maintaining high employee morale, and achieving operational efficiency. Overall Management Establish cadence of touchpoints with corporate teams Work with relevant cross functional departments to cascade all corporate strategies Ensure all employees are following all policies and standards Ensure consistent customer service through staff observation and training of core competencies and ongoing follow up Ensure Staff is consistently providing elevated service to all clients Ensure overall salon operations are running efficiently and smoothly Digital Alongside ED, lead the digital transformation of the Bb Salons Implement development plan that all stylists contribute to a virtual platform, i.e. social media content, virtual selling, virtual appointments, brand.com content, etc. Customer Service and Experience Continue to review and evolve services, offerings and experiences within the salon environment Stay on the pulse of competitive salons in terms of experience and service offerings Ensure Staff is properly training employees in all areas and are offering great customer service at all times Assist direct reports when needed handling client issues Education & Culture Build a culture of team development, communication Establish a cadence of team meetings to drive further engagement Partner with Salon HR in evolving the code of conduct handbook and work to implement new ways of working Partner with HR to build and maintain team morale Q

Profile

Qualifications: Must have 8+ years minimum work experience Must be licensed cosmotologist Must have prior salon management, education and operation experience Must have strong ability to work cross functionally in a corporate environment Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook Strong ability to create KPI and reporting structures Experience driving digital first capabilities Ability to lead and enable teams Superior customer service skills to work with all departments
