Job description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing solutions, thought partnership and business talent strategies to senior leaders and their teams. We are looking for a passionate HR leader to communicate, execute and deliver key HR programs, best practices and people solutions to our Global Operations and Express Lane Leaders! HRBPs provide strategic consultation and coaching to Executive/Corporate leaders on organizational issues that aid the growth of the business and the team. We need a leader who will serve as a key resource for our Global Operations and Express Lane Teams through sensing, listening, providing mentorship. We are searching for an HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization and can demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate and influence across all levels of the organization. We are looking or a leader who is able to evaluate and identify leadership and management gaps and provides solutions grounded in nike leadership competencies.
Finally, we are looking for someone who is passionate, curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo! Someone who is future and forward thinking and who adopts new ways of approaching problems.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will build organizational alignment and capability through development and/or facilitation of appropriate leader focused interventions with teams (e.g., team effectiveness, org design, employee engagement, etc.). You'll also support the strategic workforce plans that are aligned with business strategies and objectives, and apply diagnosis skills and core metrics to guide COEs in the shaping of appropriate and innovative HR solutions. You'll provide HR expertise on business strategies, as well as sound business expertise, to innovation leadership and their teams. Finally, you help facilitate the leadership bench, succession, and development planning, while also sharing business inputs with COEs and Employee Services, enabling them to create business focused solutions.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Sr. Director, HRBP, Global Operations and Logistics but collaborate across the Global Operations and Technology and Corporate Function HR teams and all HR COEs. You will directly support key senior leaders of the Nike Global Operations and Express Lane function and their leadership teams. You will help build and implement HR Strategy across multiple teams, international locations and business units.

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training.
- 8+years of demonstrable experience across HR specialization areas.
- 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Experience supporting executive leaders in organizations.
- Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking.
- Demonstrable experience developing partnerships with business leaders, particularly in helping them manage significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth.
- Experience supporting and implementing robust DE&I strategies both across the enterprise and within specific groups.
- Strong Influence Skills.
Preferred:
- Experience leading or partnering with Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting, and Total Rewards.
- Proven experience setting and leading organizational effectiveness, organization efficiency and design initiatives, as well as multi-year talent strategies.
- Experience supporting matrix organizations across global functions and geographies.
