Job description

This role will drive alignment, consistent execution, and communication between (1) Indy Operations and PDX based NAM Commercial & Product teams, and (2) NAM SCM and aTS. Main objective will be to build & manage the collaborative processes for NAM to utilize Indy to gain incremental sales for all channels, and to authenticate the brand via aTS service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end commercial opportunities and Speed portfolio to increase site's profitability and added value to the business.
- Collaborate with Global and Market Speed, Sourcing and other teams for ongoing programs execution and ensure alignment of Indy's strategy evolution.
- Close partnership with NCAM Sourcing to create a holistic NAM ownership and counterpart.
- Prepare key presentations and targeted stakeholder communication with strong storytelling for various audiences, including senior management.
- Define communication strategies and execute plans on key topics or events.
- Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders and build a broader network map.
- Collaborate with the aTS Leadership team to define the annual calendar for deliverables, including Ops updates to the business. Develop/influence the seasonal calendar across Demand Planning, Purchasing, Order Fulfilment and DC Ops to meet all service and cost expectations
- Improve aTS service processes within the SCM blueprint to drive accountability and repeatability. Transition exceptional aTS processes into standardized NAM SCM/DP departmental processes with delegation to SCM departmental ownership.
- Lead and adapt aTS league meetings and operational measures to ensure delivery of core supply chain KPI's in terms of product availability (COTIF), cost (supply chain cost as percentage of net sales) and service.
- Support operational and commercial team to drive at information flow including product forecasts, SLA's and performance. Provide/present aTS KPI's & league review soundbites at monthly aTS BU meetings
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, fostering cross-functional thinking and reinforcing the 3C's leadership framework.

Profile

- Excellent project management, communication, & story socialization skills with emphasize on storyboarding to educate, persuade, and achieve but-in
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organization
- Experienced in leading through influence in a matrixed organization
- Pro-active ability to think E2E with a North American/Global mindset. Understand complexity and challenges of the business
- Strong understanding of logistics and operational issues and solutions
- Proficient numerical/analytical skills. Strong ability to identify root cause and solve problems
- Strong Customer service orientation - a focus on consumer needs
- English language proficiency both written and verbal
- Periodic travel from PDX to Indy
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 6-8 years' work experience in a global company. Ideally in the Sporting Goods Industry, FMCG, Retail, eCommerce, and/or Supply Chain.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant discipline.
