Job description

This position will support the ELC International team with a focus on supporting ELC's acquisition projects during both the pre-acquisition and post-acquisition phases, as well as company-wide cross-functional projects as they relate to the Regions. This will be by nature a "project-based" role requiring both multi-tasking and reactivity. Acquisition target business plan support
- Support Executive Director in the crafting of International Business Plans for potential acquisitions * Revenue assumption review by door / retailer * Opex assumption review by channel / Region
- Work with Regions to obtain benchmarking tools which will inform acquisition Business Plans Acquisition target due diligence:
- Review and analyze data room information, prepare summary findings and provide call-outs / findings accordingly, specifically: * International retailer and distributor agreements * International supply chain arrangements * International commercial organization Acquisition integration Support International commercial integration and coordination with non-integrated ELC Brands prior to integration
- Participate in Brand/Regional touch points; build and maintain action lists for all relevant work streams
- Build working documents and financial analyses as relevant to integration work streams. This will include: * Status updates * Market prioritizations, distributor terminations: business cases and financial scenarios Business development support for International Regions
- Support special projects across Regions / Affiliates on a as-required basis: new business models, restructurings, joint ventures...
- Support analysis and build business case for new market entry Q

Profile

- Strategic, analytical, collaborative, global thinker
- Requires strong quantitative skills working with complex Excel analysis
- Able to prepare business plan and corporate strategy presentations BA/BS MBA preferred 25% Travel 8+ Years Experience
