- At least 7 years of
experience in managing a high volume business-to-consumer eCommerce business,
multi-brand environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of
current eCommerce trends, strategies, and techniques.
- Entrepreneurial spirit,
attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in
problem-solving
- Ability to identify,
scope and implement digital solutions while meeting ROI goals.
- Familiar with executive
level reporting and communication. Able
to clearly communicate eCommerce concepts and performance to an audience with a
wide variation in eCommerce experience.
- Proficiency in eCommerce
KPIs, web analytics, and merchandising
- Experience working with
and managing 3rd party service and technology partners
- Proven track record of
driving results and innovation from eCommerce & digital marketing
initiatives
- Bachelor's degree and
interest in the beauty industry; MBA preferred, not required.
- Experience managing and
developing a team
- High level of
proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Multitasker by nature
who can manage multiple processes with a high level of quality and consistency
- Experience with
Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred
- Ability to work in a
team and to communicate in a clear way.

Job description

Job Title: Director,
eCommerceDivision: LuxeSupervisor Title: SVP, DigitalLocation: New York, NY

The Director eCommerce
will lead the Luxe Division's strategy for direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecommerce
sales and growth. Working in partnership with multiple brand teams, the
Director eCommerce will provide leadership and direction to brands on all
aspects of eCommerce, including managing Brand.com portfolio performance, overseeing
eCommerce vendor partners and service providers, and facilitating best-in-class
digital strategies for the Luxe Division.
The Director eCommerce must a self-starter who has the ability to work
well across multiple teams and stakeholders.
S/he will partner with global and cross-division stakeholders to develop
a roadmap for eCommerce innovation. S/he will work closely with Digital,
Marketing, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, and Customer Care teams. S/he will have
experience with eCommerce P&L management, KPI definition, digital project
management, and site measurement.
