Director of Sales For Wholesale Company
This is an exciting and impactful opportunity for a Director of Operations and Sales where you will be a leader and help guide daily management decisions as well as conceive of long-term goals.We are on a path of growth and looking for someone to help grow our sales, as well as our company’s operations and vision.This position influences marketing endeavors & sales out-reach to existing and potential new customers.
*Oversee our operations to meet business goals, and ability to run day to day work flow
*Help manage and grow our key accounts.This can include accounts like Amazon, cruise lines, Department stores, international distributors, Hard Rock Café, HSN, and Anthropologie etc. Must know how to merchandise a brand to suit the needs of our customers
• Ability to solve customer issues and possess business savvy
*Collaborate closely with the owner of the company on vision, strategy, health of the company and employees
*Produce the needed reporting to assess company performance and determine future actions.
*Empower and guide the staff with your leadership skills to improve productivity as well as a happy and healthy culture that team members thrive in
*Minimum 5 years experience in the wholesale industry in a leadership role preferably in fashion or the gift industry
* Needs to know how to finesse and grow sales, and establish healthy relationships with buyers.Must be able to negotiate.
*Leadership skills to guide, and inspire a team
* Strong analytical and data driven mindset as well as well as full working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and Excel.Confident working knowledge of computer programs.Sage knowledge a plus.
* Must be able to wear many hats and thrive in a fast paced environment with frequently shifting priorities.
