Job description

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE: Lead, develop and execute Strategic Partnerships, Philanthropy Programs and other Limited Life Projects, including 360 storytelling, from concept development to execution. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead the concepting, development and execution of all strategic partnerships, philanthropy and exclusive projects- innovating with breakthrough ideas and market disruptors Partnership focused: Lead Partnerships from inception of story and idea thru to Strategic Go To Market always ensuring program stays on track and provide resolution when development isn't moving forward. All of these programs require speed to market and agility. Craft Calendar of Partnerships to ensure we are targeting strategic communities to tap into with the program- locally relevant and global partnerships. Lead brainstorm of potential ideas for strategic partnerships with Creative team Lead development of story of partnership and LL product, finessing with copy, creative and consumer marketing as well as relevant regions. Lead and manage the relationship with Partners, including trafficking approvals, coordinating meetings, updates via email. Lead contract development with legal and negotiations with Partner Manage budget ownership of all partnership programs All programs including Partnerships, Philanthropy and other Special Projects: Develop strong, effective, innovative and strategically relevant product mixes for each program, within given cost targets. Work with packaging and design, leading component and vehicle development Lead PPD discussion, driving program development and ensuring programs stay on track. Lead resolutions for challenges that arise Prepare all relevant marketing paperwork to initiate and execute programs , including creative requests (with support ) Issues copy for program, working with copy dept (with support) Prepare Creative Brief presentation each season to be presented to creative support groups. (with support) Write and Post Strategic Global offerings for assigned programs, communicating the overarching strategy for each season (with support) Analyze and Evaluate Forecast recaps (with support) Create program recaps, working with finance to assess ROI Create feasibilities for all programs. Evaluate Preliminary and Final COG's for each program, reducing Cog's wherever possible (with support) Approve packaging artwork (with support) Monitor competition Supported by Managers/Asst Managers working on program as stretch project Direct report an associate (shared with another director) Q


QUALIFICATIONS: 7+ Years related experience College Degree required Excellent relationship skills, strong creative storytelling skills, Organization, communication and follow-through skills are needed Multi-functional, flexible to handle ever changing priorities Proficient in Keynote and Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. CPMS, IBM, AS 400, IPS, IMW, and NPD to be learned
