Jockey seeks a Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations to join our Team! This will provide an opportunity to to elevate the HR function by executing strategic plans and rolling up your sleeves to support tactical execution of day-to day HR processes and support the local office HR teams, Talent Acquisition, and Training and Development Initiatives.

Job description

Job Expectations:

  • Focus on a range of HR-driven initiatives that contribute to building the HR operation, including:
    • Compensation platforms - constructs and analysis
    • Benefit programming maintenance and initiatives
    • Payroll processing oversight and backup
    • Performance management
    • System simplification, continuous process improvement, drive adoption
    • Change and project management
    • Build out HR data insights and analytics that inform decisions
    • Support the HR integration process for new M&A entities
  • Contribute to creating and implementing a differentiated employee experience strategy that touches all points of the employee lifecycle in collaboration with the full HR function and leadership.
  • Invest your time to elevate the HR function by executing strategic plans and rolling up your sleeves to support the tactical execution of day-to-day HR processes and support the local office HR teams, Talent Acquisition, and Training and Development initiatives.
  • Help establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards to measure efficiency and effectiveness that can be evaluated; identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with company, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; periodically review policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Oversee and administer routine tasks required for Human Resources including but not limited to compensation and bonus structure, payroll, benefits, and PTO tracking; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development. · Periodically update policies & procedures manual
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas that need process improvement

Profile

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience including benefits, driving HR Inititives and emerging technologies

  • Bachelor's Degree
