In fact, we live and breathe it. POSITION SUMMARY: Leads the Trade Marketing team responsible for all cross-functional processes & programs with DTC and retail partners for go to market success. Works in close partnership with Account Leads and Product and Consumer Marketing to ensure seamless execution of all planned market & retailer activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Astute business manager with a superb track record of executional excellence, financial rigor, process simplification, attention to detail, strong relationship building skills, and an understanding of marketing programs, who gets the job done. Program Execution Owns, maintains and optimizes cross-functional retail programs ensuring flawless execution at point of sale Owns and leads all cross-functional systems, programs and databases, sampling, marketing grids, master doors list and others, responsible for: Forecasting and managing all non-saleables (i.e. samples, customer loyalty programs). Overseeing allocation process and timings Ensuring accurate data maintenance and timely communication to both internal and external stakeholders Leading simplification and optimization efforts for more efficient and impactful program delivery Retail Account Operations & DTC Partners with Account Leads and the Marketing teams to support the Brand's strategies at launch, seasonal and new door openings. Supports the Salon Network and Third-Party Distributors, leading monthly marketing presentations/discussions, in partnership of Partner Relations (relationship strategic owners), Salon & Retailer Trade manager, and account lead Supports the seasonal retailer Planning Meetings, coordinating seasonal information within presentations, in partnership with Salon & Retailer trade manger and account lead Partners with the DTC account leads (FSS and Online), DTC trade manager, and the marketing teams to support launches, programming, and business optimization Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement Measures marketing program effectiveness via regular monitoring of KPI's and shares this knowledge with brand team Exhibits strong understanding of all drivers of business performance to consistently help optimize execution Team Management Guides and coaches direct reports to enable their autonomy, growth & development Role models project management, operational execution and strategic thinking while holding team members accountable in partnership with account leads Q

Profile

8+ years marketing related experience College Degree with focus on Marketing Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as a high-degree of internal and external collaboration capabilities Strong project & process management skills Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for speed and efficiency, while maintaining attention to detail and flawless follow-through Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, natural dot-connector Able to identify, prioritize and adjust according to dynamic business needs Able to think strategically to conceptualize and implement new ideas for retail success Premium hair category experience or beauty experience and multi-channel of distribution (salon, department store, DTC) Initiates change, employs strategic thinking, adept persuasion, and demonstrates resilience
