Job description

This Director position will serve as the product management leader for proprietary internal software systems, primarily Tapestry's end-to-end retail product development and forecasting platform. This role reports to the Head of Product & Engineering for Analytics, and is responsible for stakeholders globally across all Tapestry brands.
A successful candidate in this role will leverage their experiences to:
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for internal forecasting and retail product development tools
- Drive artificial intelligence adoption across the organization
- Manage and develop a growing team of talented product managers
- Build cross-functional relationships across merchandising, buying, planning, allocation and IT
- Partner closely with Analytics engineering and deep learning teams to support prioritization, QA, and release cadence
- Closely measure results and implement hypothesis testing workflows to improve products
Qualified candidates will have experience in:
- 7+ years of product management experience with proven track record of user adoption
- Leading a team of Product Managers
- Driving product vision, launch plan, and growth strategies
- Owning the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Collecting and iterating on user feedback
Additional preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with machine-learning-enabled applications and products with heavy data visualization and exploration
- Experience managing the development and release of enterprise software
- Experience with rapid prototyping
