Job description

As a Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of customer-centric Product Managers to develop and champion a world class product vision and long-term strategy for our Transactional Funnel (Bag, Checkout, and Payments) supporting the Macy's and Bloomingdale's shopping experiences on sites and mobile apps. Through your and your team's efforts, Macy's will make transacting with Macy's and Bloomingdale's more intuitive, flexible, and fast, driving up customer conversion and satisfaction. In addition to guiding and coaching team members, you will play a hands-on role as we extend bag and checkout services to 3rd party platforms. You will play a key role connecting business strategies to product use cases and the roadmap for short- and long-term development. And you will collaborate closely with partners in strategy, customer management, delivery & fulfillment, personalization, loyalty, technology, data science, and other cross-functional product management teams.

Profile

- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
- 7+ years of direct experience
- Ability to effectively share technical information, communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business
- Able to coordinate multiple projects - can identify primary and secondary objectives, prioritize time, and communicate timeline to team members
- Ability and desire to take project ownership
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, FullStory, JIRA/Confluence, Figma are all a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
